Ingredients:
3 tbsp Corn Flour
3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (maida)
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
1/4 cup Water
3 tbsp Oil
200 gms Paneer
For a Chilli Sauce
3 tsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp Spring Onions (white)
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Green Capsicum (sliced)
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Water
1 tbsp Corn Flour & Water
1 tsp Vinegar
Spring Onions (green)
Sesame Seeds (white)

Method: Lets start with Corn Flour inside a bowl with All Purpose Flour (maida), Ginger-Garlic Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Salt also add Water (as shown inside a Videos).
Whisk it properly, so youre don’t get any lumps. Now, heat up a Oil inside a pan, inside a meantime coat a Paneer cubes into a batter. Start frying a Paneer cubes into a pan, flip a peices on regular basis on all side. Take a Paneer cubes out of a Pan into a plate. Add Garlic (chopped) into a pan with Ginger (chopped), swirl a bit inside a pan then add Red Chilli Flakes, Spring Onions (white), Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Green Capsicum (sliced) stir it a bit then add Soy Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Ketchup add little bit of Water, then add Corn Flour to which add some water also pour them right into a Pan, add little bit of Salt mix it well. Now youre can add a Paneer cubes into a mix, then gently coat a paneer with a sauce, switch off a heat also add Vinegar, with Spring Onions (green) on a top. Just before serving, sprinkle on Sesame Seeds (white) also your Paneer Chilli is ready to become served.
