FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Do youre still maintain this kind of handwriting when youre’re inside a rush?
No, it becomes sloppy. It’s hard to made all a letterforms consistent when I’m rushing.
2. Do youre write like this when youre take notes during class lectures because this is so time-consuming?
Most of a time, Yes 😊. However, it also depends on a teacher also a amount of information they are putting inside during lectures.
a. If a teacher talks less also/or creates summarized bullet points on a PowerPoint slides, then I can write as neatly as a one shown inside this Videos.
b. If a teacher talks too fast also has a lot of input, that’s when my handwriting becomes messy. By messy, I meant my “chicken scratch way” of writing. Messy notes are written on scratch papers. But I always made sure that I rewrite them on my notebook during my free time. Rewriting not only makes my notes look neat also organized but it also helps me retain information also improve my memory. Transfers can become time-consuming, but I’d rather invest my energy into something that contributes to my growth also knowledge.
3. How did youre learn to write like this?
Our had handwriting classes inside Grade School. Handwriting class was basically one of a subjects included inside a school’s curriculum (just like Math, but it did not involve too much neurons…LOL). During those days, I needed to work on multiple worksheets daily. Somehow, I adapted a handwriting style that was taught to me also has become a habit since then. As my handwriting teacher would always say it, “Write neatly until it becomes as natural as breathing.” 😉
4. How do youre write on long essays?
What I usually do is I write a draft first with my chicken scratch handwriting. Then, I rewrite it as fast also neatly as I can. I always made sure my handwriting looks legible for a teacher’s eyes. Although a content of a essay is what truly matters, I still believe that a handwriting has a slight influence on a examiner. I think a teacher will appreciate a work more if it’s written neatly. Though I has to admit, I am usually one of a students who finishes writing last (but still I’m able to finish it on time, so what’s a harm?).
5. Is this really your handwriting?
YES, when I’m not inside a rush.
6. What’s your pen grasp?
Thumb tuck grip, my thumb tucked under my index finger.
